We're Not Sure How That Happened

I got some pretty good news yesterday when I went to get weighed. It's only been three weeks since I last got weighed because I wanted to be weighed just before I went on holiday rather than just after. I'm not going to splurge while I'm away, but it's pretty hard to eat healthy on holiday. There's too much eating out and it's hard to get the low fat foods I stick with when you're nowhere near a supermarket.
Where's a Tesco when you need one?
So I went in expecting a little bit of a loss. I haven't been exercising much these past three weeks. The first two weeks I was pretty damn depressed which left me ill and unable to really get better, or make myself do things. This week I've been exercising more but I've been trying to keep it down so I can avoid having to change my clothes a lot. I've got a very limited wardrobe and most of it will be coming away with me. So imagine my surprise when I got on the scale and was told that I had lost seven pounds.
Yes, seven.
Seven pounds in three weeks! I'm now technically a teenager again because I'm now under 20 stone at 19 stone and 10 pounds. I think I've lost about a sixth of my body weight over all, with about 55 pounds being my total weight loss. I've never had a gain and my weight has just gone down and down and down. I have to say, it really does feel pretty good. Unfortunately it's not all good though because immediately when I got home I was distracted by a stray cat. That's not bad, what happened after was. It ran away and I went after it, and I didn't notice I was walking past some nettles. I brushed my entire arm against a nettle bush. Let me tell you folks; that bloody HURT. I put some cream on it and that didn't help at all.
I kind of overdid it on the cream too
What's the most surprising result you've ever had?

  3. Before June I had gained up to nearly 50 pounds. But I've lost almost half of that since then. It sucks, gaining weight is so damn difficult for me.

  4. Whenever I watch British boxing on youtube they throw that "stone" measurement in my face. I don't know what it means so I am guessing you and these boxers weigh somewhere between 100 and a million pounds.
